SOL KADHI

Sol Kadhi is an appetizer, a digestive beverage containing antioxidants, that helps boost overall health. it is a natural body cooler, having its origin in konkan costal regions of Maharashtra, Goa and karnataka. ' Sol ' also called as ' Amsul ' is the dried outer shell of kokam ( garcinia combogia) & 'Kadhi' means curry. A notable thing about sol kadhi is that it is a no cook curry & just takes 10-12 minutes to prepare. It is a bit tangy & sour with a rich sapor & and can be relished before meals, with meals or after meals. This recipe has many variations, but today we we are going to see the simplest & authentic one.
